Poutine is basically handmade potato fries & India loves potatoes. I thought why not add our Indian Desi Tadka with lots of interesting Indian & International gravies into fries and why not give those fries in a modern format and that made me believe the masses will love the food & that was the inspiration behind creating Dhadoom.
The Founder & CEO of Yellow Tie Hospitality, Mr.Karan Tanna was quoted as saying,”As Yellow Tie Hospitality we are committed to extending our portfolio with brands that have mass appeal and that have an Indian origin. With that regard, we have launched Dhadoom which has Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi. The brand revolves around potatoes and India loves potatoes. We have made a very optimised investment model so that our franchise investors get a quick return on investment. We are committed to investing heavily for next 2 years to make this a pan India brand.”
